Welcome! We are your hosts, property owners Alan and Debra. We love our cottage and are sure that you will to. We enjoy early mornings on the dock with our coffee, listening to the loons and watching the fish jump and the ducks pass by. It is so tranquil and serene. Then its out for a ski or a paddle in the canoe. A great start to the day!
Hi, I'm Alan
I have been cottaging with my family in the Buckhorn area since 1960 and purchased this property in 1987. This area has so much to offer from Art Galleries, watersports, excellent fishing, fine dining, golf, craft festivals, maple festivals, antiques and shopping, hiking or just relaxing on the deck or canoeing through the islands watching the plentiful wildlife. We finished building our cottage in 2014 and would like to share these wonderful experiences with you and your family as we have shared them with ours.

I love to cook and if you do too, you are in for a treat. Our kitchen is equipped with a Kitchen Aid stand mixer, gourmet pots and pans, lots of bake-ware and appliances, dishwasher, plus plenty of dinnerware and glassware. When you don't feel like cooking, there are restaurants from fine dining to casual, all within a short drive from the cottage.
